Theodore and Effie (Webb) Isbell, about 12 years after Theodore's death.
Grandmother Effie could not remember anything about this photo. It is most
likely an Isbell or a Webb since it was found amongst Isbell and Webb photos.
Since grandmother could not identify the man, he was most likely an Isbell.
I say this because grandmother could quickly, easily (and very proudly) identify
all of her old 'Webb family' photos. So I'm sure she would have easily identified
him if he was a member of her Webb family.
