John Logan Needham

     John Logan Needham was born on 3 April 1869 in Shady Grove, Polk Co., Missouri.^1,2 He was the son of John M. Needham and Matilda Dodson.¹ John Logan Needham also went by the name of Tobe.¹ He married Minnie Marie Gollihugh, daughter of Levi Gollihugh and Winnie Delilah Bond, on 11 January 1888 in Dallas, Dallas Co., Texas.¹ John Logan Needham was a farmer.³ He lived in Duke, Greer Co., Oklahoma, on 20 October 1905.³ He was a member of the Methodist church from an early age until his death.¹ He suffered from high blood pressure and arthritis (gout).¹ He died on 17 September 1951 in Lillie, Collingsworth Co., Texas, at age 82.^1,2 He died of a heart attack at the home of his son Walter Luther Needham.¹ He was buried on 19 September 1951 in Quail Cemetery, Quail, Collingsworth Co., Texas.¹
