Elizabeth Hafley was born on 22 January 1777 in Perry Township, Snyder Co., Pennsylvania.2,3 She was the daughter of Conrad/Cornelius Hafley and Mary Elizabeth Meiser.1 Elizabeth Hafley married Meredith Burton Webb Sr., son of Jeremiah Webb Sr., on 14 January 1794 in Wildwood, Blount Co., Tennessee. Her married name was Elizabeth Webb. She lived in Tennessee possibly as early as 1805; went to Pope Co. Arkansas in late 1820.4 She died on 20 February 1849 in Pope Co., Arkansas, at age 72.2,4
